Tipping Bucket Rain Gauge

The funnel, and tipping bucket mechanism of the of the Tipping Bucket Rain Gauge should be cleaned with a hot wet cloth to remove any dust or dirt build up. The tipping bucket mechanism should not be touched with bare fingers as oil from the fingers will contaminate the Teflon coating. The Tipping Bucket Rain Gauge should be checked for correct operation.
