Reporting of any software bugs

While every attempt has been made to ensure the the Weather-Pro Software is free from any errors, it is possible that the user may encounter a software bug. This will usually result in the display of a Run Time Error message box. When you click the OK button on this message box, program operation may return to normal or the program may shut down. If this occurs:

• Before you press the OK Button
  • Note the Error Number of the Run Time Error
  • Note the Error Message of the Run Time Error
  • Note the Operation that appeared to cause the Run Time Error
• After you press the OK Button
  • Note the processor type of the computer (486/Pentium/Pentium2)
  • Note the operating system of the computer (Win95/Win98/NT/Win2K)
  • Note the Version Number of the Weather-Pro software (found on the About Screen accessed from the Help Menu)
  • Note the Screen Display Resolution (800x600,1024x768,1280x1024)
  • Serial Number of the connected Weather Station
• Email the Bug Report to service@weather-pro.com with the subject "Bug Report"

If the Weather-Pro service staff require any further information they will contact you by reply email. They will also provide you with a updated version of the program when the bug has been fixed.
