Introduction

The Weather-Pro Weather Station is a tool for the observation and recording of metrological data. The station monitors air temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, light intensity, wind speed and wind direction. With the addition of optional probes, the station can also monitor rainfall and leaf wetness or ground temperature. It is controlled by computer, either by direct connection, via modem or radio link. The computer can be disconnected, leaving the station to record historic data. At any time the computer can be connected to display metrological data in real time, show trends and download the historic data. Historic data can be listed, graphed, exported and analysed from statistical and periodic reports.

This document includes information on the installation, setup, operation, maintainance and fault finding of the Weather-Pro Weather Station including the Weather-Pro computer software. It also covers the connection of any optional probes(sensors), modems and radio links that may be required.
